"Your cookies make me happy." This simple statement is one of the reasons I decided to launch a baking business. I'm an outpatient physical therapist by day and this is a great way to express and share my passion for baking and improving awareness about rabbit adoption and care. I'm located in Santa Clarita, CA with shipping and delivery options available. My business is registered with LA County as a legit home bakery, and I re-certify for food handling as required every 2 years. Please see the precautions I take regarding preparation of your cookies under "Cleanliness Concerns," at the bottom of this page.

Cleanliness Concerns
It is very important to me that you and your family remain safe. Here are the steps I take to safely prep your food.
Hand washing and food safe gloves
As a healthcare professional, hand washing comes very naturally to me, and I honestly don't like the stickiness of cookie dough directly on my hands. That said, I wear food safe gloves and replace them when appropriate throughout the cookie making and packaging process.
Masking
I have no problem wearing a mask when making your cookies, so if you prefer it that way, let me know and I will respect your wishes. Also, I ensure my hair is tied back. Hair in food is never a pleasant sight or surprise.
Washing surface and equipment
Surfaces like countertops, sink and faucet are wiped with cleanser before and after use. Equipment including bowls, spatulas, and measuring cups are cleaned via dishwasher between batches. Baking trays and cooling racks are thoroughly hand-washed and dried with paper towels. Additionally, cookies are baked on parchment paper at all times.
